So what exactly do you do?
I provide mentoring and training to hospitality managers and businesses. I particularly enjoy working with managers 1 on 1 to develop their leadership and management skills to make them better bosses and improve their impact.
What training courses do you do?
Currently, we have a recruitment workshop called Hiring to Inspiring and a feedback/performance management workshop, as well as Leadership 101 – a foundational leadership course. We are regularly developing new content though so watching this space..
How does this work in my job? Like, I have a boss – they might be annoyed.
If your boss is annoyed or put out at you investing in yourself, that says more about them than you. It’s like your gym manager being annoyed you at you for hiring a PT. They should see it as a positive that you’re investing in your development.
